Create a Merchant Account
Follow these steps to create your SofizPay merchant account and start accepting payments.
Sign Up
Visit app.sofizpay.com/signup/merchant or open the mobile app, tap Sign Up, and choose Merchant.
Fill Out Personal Information
Enter your full name, email address, phone number, and password to create your account.
Confirm Your Email
Check your inbox and click the confirmation link we sent you to verify your email address.
Upload ID Card
Upload a clear photo of your national ID card to verify your identity. Our team will review and approve it.
Upload KYB Information
Provide your business details: website, brand color, legal name, and optionally your legal documents.
Wait for Verification
Our team will review your ID and KYB information. You will be notified once verification is complete.
Make Your First Deposit
A minimum balance of 500 DA is required to keep your account active. You can deposit using payment cards, BaridiMob, or CCP.
Access the Merchant Dashboard
Once verified and funded, you can access all SofizPay features including the Merchant Dashboard, available in the Hub.
Already have a customer account? You can convert it to a merchant account from Settings.
