Minimum withdrawal amount: 1,000 DZD
Minimum fee: 200 DZD (charged when 1% is less than 200 DZD)
Fee rate: 1% of withdrawal amount
Examples: 15,000 DZD → 200 DZD fee (1% = 150), 25,000 DZD → 250 DZD fee (1% = 250)
